Skills, teamwork & continuity
Our select group of staff are chosen because of their knowledge, skills and ability to work in a team. They are available to our clients for one-off shifts, or where available, longer term assignments where continuity is important.
Nurses
Our highly qualified nurses are either RGNs or RMNs & come with a wealth of experience in nursing homes or an equivalent setting – the experience and knowledge you would expect and want within your own team. From administering regular medication through to more palliative-based or brain injury care, they are highly trained and highly skilled.
Healthcare Assistants
HCAs provide an absolutely vital role when it comes to a patient’s wellbeing and overall quality of life. They might support the medical & nursing staff but also for many clients, they’re the sole care provider. For this reason alone we only employ the absolute best and treat them with the recognition they deserve.

Our team are chosen for their healthcare skills based on the role covered, their overall friendliness to their colleagues & others and their ability to work in a team, – ultimately your team. All are vital to allowing our agency staff to work with & alongside your own staff members to provide the care & support you, your residents & their relatives are looking for.
Whether you’re looking to cover a single shift, or require more ongoing support, we aim to offer the same level of service from day 1. Continuity of care is also key to many healthcare roles and where possible we aim to offer the same core team of staff to your home.

Your home, your residents & their relatives deserve the best. To help ensure you get this from us, all our healthcare staff are interviewed, fully checked & compliant based on the following criteria…
- Proof of identity
- Right to work in the UK
- Qualifications & existing experience in healthcare
- For nurses, their NMC membership record
- Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) status
- Mandatory training
- Any specific training needed to meet your needs
- Their interpersonal skills & ability to work in a team
These are all verified at application & updated periodically as needed. Full details are provided for any staff member working with you before their first shift, and are also available to clients online.
